Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By using breachbot ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Authorized use only

You may only scan systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to scan any target you submit. Using the Service against systems you do not control may be illegal and is strictly prohibited.

3. The Service

breachbot performs automated, primarily non-intrusive security checks and produces an informational report. It is a tool to assist security work, not a substitute for a professional penetration test or legal compliance assessment. Findings may include false positives or omissions; you are responsible for validating them before acting.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will find all vulnerabilities or that your systems are secure.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, breachbot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to attack third-party systems.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Do not resell scans without a written agreement.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.
